Illumina GenomeStudio 2.0
The GenomeStudio is a software used to visualise and analyse data generated from Illumina microarrays. The Genotyping module applications range from data normalization, genotype calling, clustering, intensity analysis, loss of heterozygosity (LOH) analysis, to copy number variation (CNV) analysis. In addition, Illumina microarray genotyping data can be exported to various formats for further analysis in other applications.
FlowJo Analysis software
FlowJo is a software application which serves as an integrated environment for viewing and analyzing flow cytometric data. The program can be used to analyze the data generated from the BD FACSAria Fusion Flow Cytometer. The features include bivariate plots, 3D plots, gating tools, compensation tools, and report generation.
