DNA Sequencing and Gene Scanning

To sequence and analyse DNA fragments based on the respective sizes (i.e. a fluorescence-based 16-capillary electrophoresis system).

The Core Laboratory provides sequencing and fragment analysis service in a timely, reliable and economical manner with the aim to facilitate research activities within LiHS and the Faculty of Medicine.

Types of services

Two types of services are provided:

1. Sequencing Run with samples already resuspended in Hi-DiTM Formamide (ABI P/N 4311320).
