Bio-Rad QX200 Droplet Digital PCR System
QX200 is a droplet digital PCR system based on water-oil emulsion droplet technology which can partition its reaction mixture into 20,000 nanolitre-sized droplets. Such approach enables absolute quantitation of targeted DNA and RNA molecule within a single sample without the use of a standard curve. The applications include but not limited to Copy number variation analysis, Rare mutation and sequence detection, Gene expression and Next-generation sequencing library analysis.
